VIRTUALISING STUDIO AND WORKFLOWS

30th Mar 2020
Being locked out of the studio theratended to disrup our e-learning side, so we had to think and act quickly before lock down, and are now getting back to a new normal to help our e-learning clinets maintain their published events and library of content.

We started with the virtualisation of the studio functions to support the published e-learning programmes.

1. Self-publishing e-learning
We can allow speakers to do their presentations whenever it suits them, recorded directly onto our platform with its Digital Asset Management system. The slides and speaker sessions are then stitched together by our studio staff accessing remote editing solutions and pushing the end programme onto our e-learning platform keeping it bang up to schedule in the normal format/style.

2. Live mixed broadcast
The new workflow allows us to be able to remotely ingest up to 8 live speakers into our virtual vision mixer and then push the mixed output to our e-learning platform, our CDN and or key Social Media platforms so that it can be streamed to thousands of people - live.

The great news is that scheduled events can still carry on and most importantly, subscribed or promised events can be maintained, rather be postponed or cancelled.

Contact us if you need a hand with any remote contribution/streaming #streaming #virtualstudio #virtuallivemixing #remotespeaker #elearning – no kit required except at least a PC/Mac running Chrome and reasonable, stable internet connection.
Sorry – been offline busy helping clients
